Delete Account & Data Policy
At Hover Mobility, we respect your privacy and provide you with the option to delete your account and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and data:

Open the Hover Mobility app and go to Menu > Help.

Write "Delete My Account" in the text box and tap on Submit ticket button.

Alternatively, email us at mobilityhover@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email.

What Data is Deleted?
Upon account deletion, the following data will be removed from our servers:

Personal information (name, email, phone number)

Ride history and payment details
-
Saved addresses and preferences

Data Retention Policy
Some data may be retained for legal, security, or financial record-keeping purposes for up to 90 days before being permanently deleted.
